I started donating $2 a month since yesterday, do I now have to pay an extra $2 a month for the pro account or how does that work?

Your donation of $2 was credited to you for one month of pro membership. To have this take effect, please log out and log in again. Your photoblog is already ad-free, and you should be able to take advantage of this announcement already.

I did log out, but still have ads where I post my pics and an announcement that I can upgrade to pro. I also have a monthly subscription for the $2 donation. How will that effect my account?

Upgrading to pro removes the advertisements from your personal photoblog. The advertisements that are seen on other pages like the page to create a new entry will remain. People that visit your photoblog and browse your entries won't see ads.

Your monthly subscription for the $2 donation will give you a monthly subscription to pro. However, due to fee issues, we prefer that you cancel the subscription and subscribe to our yearly plan.

I plan on subscribing, but I am curious as to how $2 a month equals $24.95. Shouldn't it be 2 x12= 24 ?

We put an approximately equal to sign on our upgrade page. Basically, we have a little extra tacked on to account for some fees and overhead that our payment system has.

So if you pay the $24.95, do you still have to pay the $2.00? Just call me stupid, if I read that wrong haha

The yearly cost is simply $24.95, which comes out to a little more than 2 dollars per month. You don't need to pay anything else. If you've donated to us when we had the donation system available in the past, both amounts will be credited towards time for your pro membership.

I'm a little confused. I signed up for the $2/ month deduction. I just got a notice saying it has been canceled by you (MikeZ). So do I now need to go back and sign up for the $24.95 account?
