Finally! The sun was out in all it's blazing glory and it was warm! Like warm enough to not need a jacket- what a great morning to hit the farmer's market. Above, my freshly squeezed carrot, apple, ginger juice.

I made the pumpkin carrot loaves w/ saffron vanilla icing into pumpkin carrot cupcakes- out of the LCBO Food and Drink Magazine that itchy gave me when I went to TO in Sept. I didn't wait for them to cool long enough before I iced them (oops!), but they still tasted yummy.
